Our Incognito Casino score is 3.2 out of 5. This page shows the arithmetic behind that number, the checks that produce each input, and the commercial arrangement you are entitled to know about before you trust any of it.
Who we are
This is a small independent desk covering one operator for one audience: UK visitors weighing up Incognito Casino against the UK-licensed rooms they are used to. Affiliate disclosure, stated plainly
Links from this site to Incognito Casino are commercial. If you register through one, we may be paid — typically a share of the operator’s revenue from your account, sometimes a one-off fee per registered player. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you receive is the same as if you had typed the address in yourself.
The obvious objection is that this creates an incentive to be positive, and it does. Three things we do about it:
- Scores are set before commercial terms are looked at. The current 3.2/5 is below what a purely promotional site would publish, because two criteria on the scorecard are genuinely weak.
- Warnings are never removed on request. The absence of a UKGC licence, the absence of GAMSTOP coverage, and the euro-only wallet appear on the homepage, in the footer of every page, and on the pages where they cost you money. An operator has never had those removed and never will.
- No paid placement. We do not sell position, ordering or a minimum score, and there is no arrangement under which a payment changes a rating.

The arithmetic
Weighted mean = (3.2 × 2 + 3.0 + 3.0 + 4.0 + 2.8) ÷ 6 = 19.2 ÷ 6 = 3.2
Publishing the formula is deliberate. A rating that cannot be reproduced from its inputs is decoration, and structured review markup attached to a number nobody can check is exactly the practice search engines penalise.
How we fix mistakes
We publish operational detail about a fast-moving offshore operator, so some of it will go stale and some of it will simply be wrong. The policy is short:
- Factual errors are corrected, not quietly deleted. If a number, a date or a licence detail is wrong, the page is edited and the verification date is reset.
- Material corrections are noted on the page. If a change alters what a reader would decide — a licence lapsing, a payment method being withdrawn, a bonus term changing — the page says what changed rather than pretending it always read that way.
- Scores move when inputs move. A criterion score is not fixed at launch. If payouts slow down for a sustained period, payment reliability drops and the headline follows.
- Operator complaints get the same treatment as player ones. If Simba N.V. tells us something here is inaccurate, we check it against the register and the live terms. Verified, we fix it. Unverified, it stays.
Turnaround is normally within five working days of a report. Anything touching licensing or payouts is treated as urgent and handled the same week.
Who this site is not for

Myths we get asked about
“A licence is a licence — Curacao is the same as UKGC”
Both are real authorisations, and there the similarity stops. The UKGC mandates GAMSTOP participation, affordability intervention, advertising limits and access to an independent adjudicator. Curacao mandates none of those. The gap is what the double weighting on our first criterion exists to capture.
“A high review score means the site is safe”
It means it scored well against five stated criteria, one of which is explicitly about the risks of playing there. A 4.0 for games breadth does not offset a 2.8 for player protection in any way that matters after a dispute.
“Affiliate sites just invent the numbers”
Plenty do, which is why the formula is on this page and the licence reference links to the register. If a rating cannot be reproduced from published inputs, treat it as advertising.
“A slot is due after a losing run”
Every spin is independent. Random number generators do not carry memory, no game becomes due, and no staking pattern changes the expected return. This one comes up more than the licensing questions do.
